One shoot, then ৳10,000 a month. The capture fee covers the shoot and the tour build; the monthly keeps that tour live — link, QR code and analytics.
Two different buyers. An individual selling a single plot is price-sensitive; a developer marketing a 50–200 plot scheme is quoted as a project package, never per plot.

Monthly is charged per tour, from the month after delivery — ৳10,000 or 10% of the capture fee, whichever is higher. If it lapses the tour goes offline and its link and QR code stop resolving; every scene, lead and analytic is retained and restored on payment.
